Your Role:
- Build, grow, and lead the developer community from the ground up, establishing foundation and culture.
- Earn trust through one-on-one conversations and scale engagement via content and consistent connection.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the developer voice informs everything built.
What You Will Do:
- Moderate channels to ensure a safe, inclusive environment and manage escalations professionally.
- Host recurring office hours and AMAs, and nurture emerging contributors into advocacy programs.
- Design developer challenges, prompts, and hackathons to drive participation and reward technical excellence.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of experience in Developer relations or community management, with a proven track record.
- Experience establishing governance, moderation, and content programs on Slack and platforms like Discourse.
- Data-informed, consistently tracking community health data to drive program improvements.
