Senior Engineer, Systems Integration, Digital Banking

The Senior Engineer, Systems Integration, Digital Banking is responsible for the build and test of integration services across the digital banking ecosystem. This role involves working within an integration specialists team and collaborating with departments like IT, Operations, and Business Units to ensure systems and processes integrate seamlessly. Key responsibilities include building technology features and functions to progress the product requirements of Forbright Bank’s Digital Banking ecosystem on distributed and cloud platforms. As a core member of an agile-based development team, you will write code, unit tests, automations, and deployments. You will also mentor junior engineers and peers, build microservices using Docker, Node.JS, Kafka, and both Relational and NOSQL databases on the AWS cloud platform. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment is critical, as is developing observability capabilities as part of the fundamental technology framework. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with development and product teams. 10% travel possible monthly.
