Job Purpose:
- Provide strategic leadership for large-scale Ellucian ERP transformation programs, including on-premise to SaaS migrations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executive leadership, translating complex technical and program issues into clear summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex ERP transformation programs from initiation through stabilization, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent project workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, resources, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and ten or more years of experience leading large-scale ERP programs in Higher Education.
- Direct experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Colleague ERP platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of on-premise to SaaS migration methodologies and organizational change management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary range $135,000 - $155,000 plus bonus, dependent on skills and geolocation.
