Mobile Growth Manager - ASO

We're seeking an ASO-focused Growth Manager to join Phiture's multidisciplinary marketing team. You'll manage client accounts and lead ASO projects, supporting key clients globally across diverse apps. Execute campaigns based on strategies by Senior Consultants and Growth Leads, running experiments and A/B tests. Brief designers and translators, conduct client check-ins, and monitor metrics. Devise ASO methods for client success and competitive edge, staying updated with the latest tools and best practices. Produce content for the ASO knowledge base. Flexible remote work is offered within your home country (LATAM), plus up to 90 days per year internationally. There is a generous vacation allowance of up to 30 days annually.
