Engagement Execution:
- Lead coordination of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements under Director direction.
- Run quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, and debt reviews with technical fluency.
- Structure databooks and draft report sections covering key findings and deal considerations.
Team Coordination and Development:
- Direct and review work of Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring accuracy and clarity before Director review.
- Delegate workstreams, track progress, and provide real-time coaching on technical concepts and professional judgment.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for client deal teams, handling status updates and routine communication.
- Lead management interviews and diligence calls, coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors.
