Position Summary:
- Owns the client experience from deal kickoff through closing and post-closing administration as Escrow or Paying Agent.
- Acts as the quarterback across clients, internal Operations team, and Relationship Associate team.
- Requires sound judgment, multitasking, and comfort with high-stakes situations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary point of contact and relationship owner, building trust and product knowledge.
- Quarterbacks pre-closing solicitation, payment, and escrow transactions, coordinating across teams.
- Negotiates payment and escrow agreements, directs associates, and ensures KYC compliance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5-8 years in M&A, banking, law, or finance; graduate or legal degree preferred.
- Understanding of payment processes (KYC, ACH/wire) and M&A environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple dynamic issues, and FINRA Series 6/7 a bonus.
