Primary Responsibilities:
- Process/Prepare real estate transactions including closing statements.
- Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders and investors.
- Schedule closings and management of closing calendar.
Skills Required:
- Licensed Title Insurance agent with five years prior real estate and/or title insurance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end.
- Clean financial background for bank accounts.
- Prepare Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, HUDs, and other closing documents.
- Verify lender instructions and ensure all closing conditions have been satisfied.
Preferred Skills:
- Qualia, Simplifile, and Snapdocs knowledge.
- State-Specific Knowledge in PA, NJ, NC, SC, TN.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to solve problems and meet timelines.
