Closing Coordination:

• Review mortgage loan files to identify and clear outstanding conditions prior to closing.
• Manage loans through the final stages of the mortgage closing process.
• Prioritize and manage an active closing pipeline based on scheduled closing dates.

Closing Disclosures & Documentation:

• Prepare and issue Closing Disclosures to borrowers and settlement agents in accordance with CFPB and TRID timing requirements.
• Ensure Closing Disclosures are acknowledged prior to document preparation.
• Generate complete closing packages for settlement agents.

Title & Settlement Coordination:

• Partner with title companies and closing agents throughout the closing process.
• Confirm closing costs and review final settlement figures.
• Ensure all required closing documents and conditions have been received.
