About the Role:

• This role sits at the heart of real estate transaction operations within a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
• You will ensure property transactions are accurately processed, validated, and closed across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close and reconcile real estate transactions using platforms such as BrokerWolf, SkySlope, and TRX, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify documentation, agent splits, commission structures, and financial data prior to closing.
• Maintain and update transaction tracking systems and productivity dashboards.
