Formulating business strategies in terms of Structures, Costs, and Business capabilities. Implementing efficient processes and looking for new opportunities.

Lead Pismo's Implementations projects and manage relationships with 3rd parties. Define team goals and responsibilities, oversee implementation projects, and track and implement KPIs. Ensure visibility of project evolution to stakeholders and optimise time to value for clients. Bring feedback/insights to leaders, and be aware of the features and evolutions of the Pismo platform.
