Director - Operations Fulfillment and Collateral Perfection

Commercial Fulfillment:

• Manage all aspects of Commercial Fulfillment processes, Post Closing Functions, Centralized Funding, and collateral perfection.
• Ensure all processes are designed and executed in a manner that delivers automated integration and quality output for loan boarding.
• Manage two pathways within commercial loan fulfillment, encompassing both internally and attorney-prepared documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of external attorney performance management, and make recommendations for the approved attorney list.
• Responsible for pipeline tracking, compliance with applicable regulations, and timely delivery of service.
• Responsible to manage the use and efficiencies of the applicable systems, workflows, and processes.

• Exceptional leadership skills, including indisputable ownership over team results and developmental needs.
• Ability to interpret and align complex documents that support all covenants and obligated parties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
