Lending Operations Associate

Overview:

• Provides advice and guidance on implementation of solutions.
• Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
• Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Resolves standard issues, referring non-routine issues to senior team members.
• Data enters, reviews, and verifies loan information and documentation.
• Develops and maintains an understanding of regulatory requirements and risks.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the business unit’s key products, services, processes and controls.
• In-depth verbal & written communication, collaboration & team skills.
