Client Loan Closings Stewardship:
- Draft amendments and waiver letters as loan documents, as needed
- Organize and track closing documentation for loan transactions
- Assist with preclosing and closing activities, as needed
Post-Closing Compliance Operations:
- Schedule post-closing meeting with loan servicing, underwriting, portfolio management, and general counsel departments
- Track and follow-up on documents and items required post-closing
- Track UCC and mortgage filings and title insurance policies in favor of NFF
General Counsel Operations & Administrative Support:
- Serve as Asana manager; create and track projects in Asana
- Create and maintain client files
- Upload files to corporate cloud document management system and Salesforce
