What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for end-to-end outcomes across the client life cycle — from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization through to go‑live and scale.
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Must have leadership and executive presence, and ability to be innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees implementation projects.
  • Track and Implement KPIs.
  • Define and improve the deployment process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree.
  • 15 years of Industry Experience in Banking and Enterprise Transformation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for at least 3 days a week every week for at least the first 9 months of the engagement.
