Corporate M&A Associate

Role Overview:

• Support complex private M&A transactions within a dynamic legal environment.
• Provide high-quality legal expertise and manage transaction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate Stock Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and analyze risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.

Qualifications:

• J.D. or equivalent law degree with active license in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Approximately 5+ years of private M&A experience.
• Expertise in drafting SPAs and APAs.
