Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Legal Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities, coordinating across functional leads.
- Drive Integration Strategy: Partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify risks and influence the integration roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as central legal point of contact between Commercial Legal and specialized functions like Privacy, Security, and Product Legal.
Skills & Experience:
- JD and active State Bar membership in good standing.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including M&A integration and complex commercial transactions.
- Tech-forward mindset with AI-first approach, experience with AI solutions like Google Gemini, NotebookLM, or Harvey a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay Range: $200,000 - $275,000 USD Annual.
- May also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
