Responsibilities:
- Review loan files for specific Post QC tax transcript requirements and order tax transcripts.
- Compare tax transcript results to loan file and maintain tax transcript reporting.
- Prepare loan files for QC audit and select qualifying Early Payment Default loans.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; five or more years of mortgage processing and/or QC experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
Skills Required:
- General knowledge of investor and agency quality control policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze risk and review audit documentation.
- Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills.
