What you'll do at Cascade:

- Evaluate and assess loan documentation for full approval and closing.
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze borrower credit, income, assets, and supporting documentation.
- Place underwriting conditions and communicate decisions clearly.
- Collaborate with processing and closing teams for timely closings.
What you will need to join Cascade:
- Minimum of 3 recent years’ experience in underwriting or processing residential mortgage applications.
- Strong ability to review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven team environment and manage high-volume pipeline.
