About the Job:
- Own your pipeline from initial review through final approval, maintaining a consistent daily review cadence.
- Identify the right conditions for each file: purposeful, proportionate, and defensible, and communicate clearly.
- Ensure title is free of restrictions and conduct thorough appraisal reviews.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience underwriting residential real estate or home equity products.
- Strong title curative knowledge and appraisal review skills.
- A collaborative communicator who sees processors and homeowners as partners.
