Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, assemble, and validate residential mortgage loan documentation through established systems.
- Review and evaluate debt-to-income ratios, loan-to-value limitations, and source of large deposits.
- Provide accurate and timely coordination of redisclosures and ensure HMDA data completeness.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of residential mortgage banking experience, including processing/underwriting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
