Junior Loan Processor

Responsibilities:

• Gather required documentation to submit loan files for processing/underwriting.
• Manage a pipeline of 50-60 loan closings per month.
• Obtain initial Closing Disclosure signatures and ensure on-time closings.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of mortgage operations or processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass, Blend, and Google Suite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
