Portfolio Loan Processor

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for all transaction parties, including manufactured home dealerships.
• Source and secure critical documentation from borrowers, builders, and vendors.
• Maintain strict regulatory compliance with federal and state lending laws.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience with manufactured housing knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with federal lending compliance.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
