Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Processing Managers and support processors.
- Conduct team member reviews, handle conflicts, and manage performance improvement plans.
- Oversee pipeline quality, underwriting guidelines, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in mortgage processing and/or underwriting with extensive Encompass experience.
- Deep knowledge of chattel and land home products and manufactured housing.
- Proven leadership, team building, and ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
