Manager of Processing

About the Role:

• Manage a team of processors performing all performance management, hiring, and onboarding.
• Oversee pipeline workload and partner with the Processing Team Lead on daily execution.
• Analyze data, produce insights, and present to leadership.

About You:

• 4+ years in loan processing and 2+ years managing a high-performing team.
• Proven history of managing projects from ideation to execution.
• Ability to manage performance, resolve conflict, and give feedback.
