Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Underwriting, Processing, and Closing functions to consistently drive revenue through achievement of origination, quality, velocity, and homeowner experience goals.
• Manage and develop a team of production leaders, building manager capability in performance management, coaching, resource planning, accountability, and employee development.
• Establish clear operational goals and performance expectations that align daily team activities with broader company objectives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience within real estate, mortgage, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience leading leaders, including managing and developing managers for high-performing production teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across departments.
