Operations Associates are assigned to specific regions in Pathpoint’s distribution and within that region are responsible for processes like endorsements, cancellations, and reviewing renewal quotes. They support automated processes with exceptions, reviewing Inspections and executing on findings and non-premium bearing endorsements. Operations Associates may take on new processes or collaborate with other departments to improve the client experience.

Serves as a senior leader shaping the success of our organization, collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team in setting and driving organizational vision and execution. Role is responsible for driving strategy and activity for the economics, implementation, operational excellence, and quality client satisfaction of Synergie’s pharmacy supply chain solutions, including leading engagement with Synergie’s pharmacy network providers and other pharmacy supply chain vendors.
