In this remote role, you'll lead ingredient management, research, and strategic initiatives, focusing on data-driven solutions to optimize ingredients. Key responsibilities include ingredient and menu data research, managing the ingredient optimization process, and collaborating with culinary and supply management teams.

Responsible for state(s) with complex regulatory environment and competitive market. Directly accountable for state profit and loss including performance against plan. Responsible for establishing, monitoring and influencing all aspects of state growth and performance. Directs the analysis, development and management of pricing and underwriting strategies in a state(s).

The Operations Project Coordinator leads and coordinates the NBD change and innovation management process (PIF/PCF) for all Operations functions. They are responsible for timely coordination and completion of project activities for the creation or revision of Finished Goods and products, encompassing all packaging components and functional requirements.
