Junior Operations Associate

In this role, you will support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of the messages and workflows that guide members through their journey. You will work closely with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, learn from data, and help scale the ideas that work. You will also support capacity planning activities, helping the team understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking, contribute to pilot initiatives, and help reimagine how we communicate with members. Together, we focus on building efficient, scalable, and member-centric operations. What you’ll be doing: Design and refine member communications (push, SMS, email, in-app) to ensure clarity, consistency, and an engaging member experience; Set up and run A/B tests for new messages and journeys — defining hypotheses, monitoring results, and summarizing learnings; Assist with capacity planning, helping analyze demand patterns, capacity needs, and operational constraints to support daily decision-making.
