Manager, Payment Operations

Wrapbook is launching a new Vendor Payments capability that enables entertainment production companies to pay their vendors directly through our platform using Stripe. They are looking for a Manager of Payment Operations who can both build and run the program. You’ll directly manage one Vendor Payments Operations Specialist, partner closely with Wrapbook’s Product and Client Ops teams and with Stripe, and deliver a white-glove customer experience while designing the processes and procedures that will power future scale. You’ll work directly with our customers and their vendors, lead onboarding calls, troubleshoot payment and verification issues, and develop the workflows and documentation that enable a successful go-to-market launch. As the product matures, you’ll help extend these workflows to further support vendor verification and onboarding.
