Process FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs. Accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, loan agents and other third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction. Request, review and verify all loan documents, prioritizing and monitoring daily workflow. Coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents.

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Partnerships role focuses on driving marketing efforts for NAFβs strategic partnerships, including companies in financial wellness, insurance and other mortgage-adjacent categories. This person will partner closely with strategic partnership managers to develop strategies that drive business metrics, create customer journeys and value propositions and manage campaign performance tracking.
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for orchestrating and enhancing marketing activities in designated area to reinforce the New American Funding brand and provide marketing support/opportunities for our Loan Officers for the Texas and New Mexico region. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing concepts, coordinating events, and leveraging media and social media opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in leading initiatives and supporting regional sales efforts.
Oversee and optimize lead sourcing, allocation, and routing strategies across multiple systems and sales teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient lead distribution to maximize revenue opportunities and align with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in CRM administration, lead management operations, and a strong understanding of mortgage or financial services data environments.
