AECOM is looking to hire an E-Invoicing Project Lead to spearhead our global e-invoicing and e-reporting implementation initiatives. As e-invoicing and e-reporting models continue to proliferate worldwide, this is an exceptional opportunity to lead business-critical tax compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have extensive indirect tax expertise with a focus on e-invoicing technologies, processes, and regulatory frameworks. You will serve as the bridge between tax technical requirements and technology implementation, ensuring seamless compliance with rapidly evolving regulatory landscapes.
This role requires a blend of tax expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities to ensure the organization transitions smoothly to electronic invoicing. The Project Lead will work closely with various departments, including IT, S2P, O2C and finance to optimize processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reconciliations to Tax Returns.
Key Responsibilities include project management, stakeholder collaboration, providing technical expertise, process optimization, compliance and reporting, and risk management. Qualifications Minimum Requirements include experience in VAT/Indirect tax or Finance experience focused on e-invoicing implementations across multiple regions including LATAM, knowledge of ERP systems , and experience with data analytics tools.
