Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day financial management operations support and troubleshoot financial system issues for HQMC RFA.
- Assist commands with financial resources and deliver analytical and technical writing support.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and communicate effectively with Government stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in financial management, systems, business operations, or DoD programs.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with DAI, SABRS, Advana, or ETMS2.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps financial management processes.
- Experience supporting audit readiness or developing SOPs and process documentation.
