Lead Data Engineer

Technical Leadership:

• Own the architecture and optimization of the Snowflake data warehouse.
• Lead design and standardization of ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Provide guidance through code reviews and mentor data engineers.

Data Modeling and Implementation:

• Design dimensional data models and star schemas within a medallion architecture.
• Drive adoption of tools like dbt and Sigma for transformation and analytics.
• Maintain performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Collaboration and Standards:

• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver data roadmaps.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Promote data governance and responsible data practices.
