Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst will report to the Compensation Supervisor and will serve as a key partner to corporate teams to design compensation plans that support company and departmental goals, motivate employees to drive performance, help attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. The Analyst will conduct comprehensive analyses using pay plan performance metrics, staffing levels, and productivity data, and analyze AOP and department performance reporting to identify trends and opportunities. The Compensation Analyst will clearly communicate recommendations to departmental leaders and the executive team and support departmental projects, reporting, and ongoing compensation strategy development. They must have excellent communication and active listening skills and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
