Job Description
Lead the design and development of internal and customer-facing systems that power feature visibility, gating, and lifecycle progression. Own and evolve the architecture of multiple services that underpin release management, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability. Work with data and storage systems to ensure release states, feature flags, and customer-facing visibility are tracked and reliable at scale. Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and set multi-quarter plans for release lifecycle tooling. Drive cross-team initiatives that improve feature discoverability, adoption, and reliability for customers. Mentor and guide engineers across the team, raising the bar on technical design, execution, and code quality.
