Responsibilities:

  • Develop new accounts and generate new business from existing accounts by pursuing sales leads and visiting customer sites within the assigned Northeast territory.
  • Execute sales strategy, identify opportunities, and generate reports to achieve sales goals through direct sales to employer groups and via brokers and consultants.
  • Compile RFPs and RFIs tailored to customer needs, attend trade shows, and keep updated on industry trends to communicate insights to the business.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in group voluntary insurance benefits sales or relevant field, with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Resident State Property & Casualty License and Non-Resident License for all US States within 60 days of hire.
  • 40% to 70% travel required within the territory, necessitating a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and passport for U.S. travel.
