Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific Employee Benefits and commercial needs.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Property and Health & Life and Property & Casualty License.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills.
