Responsibilities:

  • Implement gameplay scenarios, checkpoints, objectives, and events using the toolset to create compelling experiences.
  • Maintain the big picture of department features, identify weak spots, and drive improvements to workflows and pipelines.
  • Assess designs and pipelines for risks and systemic improvement, assisting with prototyping and production of technical elements.

Collaboration:

  • Work directly with programmers, game designers, artists, and animators to create tools and handle dependencies.
  • Act as a technical reference to balance creative vision with technical budget restraints and assist with debugging.
  • Review team blueprints, implement user-friendly prefabs, and stay informed of industry best practices.

Qualifications and Support:

  • Requires 7+ years professional experience, technical background with scripting, and strong Unreal Engine knowledge.
