Responsibilities:
- Maintains and grows existing key accounts and develops new business accounts, spending 80% of time on established accounts and 20% hunting for new business.
- Develops sales and account management strategies to deliver revenue and GP targets, meeting regularly with sales management on execution.
- Partners with vendors and inside account managers to strategize, penetrate accounts, and win business through face-to-face meetings and calls.
Account Management:
- Delivers presentations to customers and prospects promoting the company's NSP capabilities and value as a complete solutions provider.
- Sets up and executes customer meetings to uncover new opportunities and foster long-term relationships, completing mandatory recaps within three business days.
- Prepares quarterly business reviews and customized presentations, attending bi-monthly team and vendor calls.
Administrative Duties:
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly administrative functions, including submitting calendars and pipelines weekly.
- Manages travel logistics and expense submissions, performing all other assigned duties or special projects as required.
