Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve strategic customer objectives and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  • Lead account planning processes, developing mutual performance objectives and financial targets for 1-3 year periods.
  • Coordinate internal engineering and management resources to meet customer expectations and account performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, a related technical discipline, or a business/engineering hybrid degree.
  • 5-7+ years of strategic business-to-business sales experience, preferably in engineering or industrial sales.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with PC proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have an active driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips.
