What you will be doing:

  • Ship end-to-end features from design to release, prioritizing core value and managing tech debt.
  • Partner with product managers to analyze feasibility, document requirements, and build work plans.
  • Empower the team through PR reviews, pair programming, and hands-on coaching while leveraging AI for routine tasks.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience building web frontend applications with ReactJS.
  • Strong grasp of web frontend architecture, OOP, and software design patterns.
  • Strong ownership mindset, pragmatic learning, and collaborative spirit.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Full-stack versatility and eagerness to tackle new frameworks across the stack.
  • Experience deploying software on scalable cloud platforms like AWS.
