Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries throughout the audit process. Handle initial concerns and questions about audit procedures (not billing-related issues). Guide insureds through document sharing and virtual collaboration platforms. Utilize emerging audit technologies and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Analyze complex payroll structures, contractor relationships, and employee classifications. Research and apply appropriate workers' compensation classification codes across multiple states.
