Manage a distributed fleet of RaspberryPi-based media players and smart speakers installed globally, collaborating with teams across timezones.
Improve build and deployment processes for software releases and build management tools using Bash and Golang.

Responsibilities:

Support Operations with deep technical troubleshooting, including firewall configurations and network diagnostics.
Design and implement fleet management tools, observability systems, and alerting to ensure high-quality in-store experiences.
Investigate hardware and software issues at scale and contribute to refining engineering and operational processes.

Candidate Profile:

Must have experience in Software Engineering, Network Engineering, DevOps, or System Administration with IoT devices.
Technical fluency in Linux, TCP/IP networking, shell scripting, Golang/Python, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and observability tools like Datadog.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote-first organization with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers.
