Job Description
Provide high- level administrative support to an executive and team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other professional documents. Welcome and coordinate visits from internal and external guests. Perform research and manage sensitive or confidential information. Support planning for team events and offsites. Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
