Engineering Manager, Compute and Networking

The Compute and Networking team is the foundation of Attentive’s engineering organization. We build and operate the compute, storage, networking, and deployment systems that power our scale, processing billions of events from over 100 million users every day. This is a high-impact, high-performance team where infrastructure is treated as a product and reliability is a core feature. Everything is built on top of the compute platform provided by this team, requiring a deep understanding of infrastructure, reliability and scalability. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for Kubernetes orchestration, networking, and service mesh infrastructure. You'll define and execute a roadmap to improve platform scalability, reliability, and efficiency. This includes partnering with Security, Platform, and Application teams to enable secure and seamless developer experiences and driving automation, observability, and performance improvements across our infrastructure stack as well as contributing to incident response, production readiness, and root cause analysis processes. You will mentor engineers and help foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
