Job Description
Orum's Engineering team plays a pivotal role in driving this vision forward. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to the design and development of critical product features that power Orum’s high-performance platform. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences at scale. Our current stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, React, Ruby, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.
Own key product features from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration. Design and build scalable systems (roughly 70% backend, 30% frontend) that support real-time, high-volume workflows such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition. Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, performant experiences.
