Role Overview:

  • Develop, review, and analyze Primavera P6 Critical Path Method schedules for Construction Engineering & Inspection programs.
  • Provide prospective and forensic schedule analysis to support successful project delivery.
  • Lead baseline schedule reviews validating logic, durations, calendars, and critical path activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in CPM scheduling for construction projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of CPM principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TxDOT specifications, particularly Item 8 (Prosecution & Progress).
  • Familiarity with Claim Digger, Acumen Fuse, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience performing forensic schedule analyses and Time Impact Analyses.

Work Environment & Logistics:

  • Remote position with proximity to Texas hub offices (Houston, Austin, Dallas) preferred.
  • Periodic travel to project sites and client offices (approximately 10–25%).
  • Work may involve active construction sites and outdoor conditions during field visits.
