The Role:
- You own the brand and content from A to Z, writing the brand in a premium, restrained register.
- You run the video engine: booking shoots, prepping guests, directing, and driving edits.
- You report directly to co-founders with real creative freedom.
What You Will Own:
- Content strategy across LinkedIn and X, including the voice and published material.
- The written brand: copy across site, feed, and newsroom, consistent and premium.
- The video engine: testimonial shoots and podcast production from idea to published.
