Role Overview:
- Lead technical support and advisory services for VHA AI Citizen Developers.
- Apply supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning to build predictive models for clinical and operational use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop synthetic data models and cohorts to ensure data privacy and enable robust model training.
- Architect data science workflows in AWS GovCloud or Azure Government, ensuring security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data science or machine learning, with healthcare domain expertise.
- Master's degree required; PhD preferred.
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks and VA preferred.
