About the role:
- Own the product portfolio and activation, working with engineering and design.
- Report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
What you'll do:
- Drive activation, retention, and expansion by connecting user insight to the roadmap.
- Shape new services, bundles, and go-to-market inside client organizations.
- Use AI-native workflows to build an operating system for independent decisions.
About you:
- A builder with 8+ years across product, engineering, or general management.
- Commercially minded, with ownership of numbers like retention and revenue.
- A systems thinker who is decisive, AI-fluent, and credible with engineers.
